This week we have been showing our support for Cafod's campaign during Lent.
This year the theme was football related to remind us that for every minute there is an area of land the size of the football pitch destroyed in the Amazon.
As a school we donated our snack money and we had a drink and digestive biscuits every day,
St Cecilia's decided we would do our class fundraiser around Hit the Target. This proved trickier than we thought. however Bobby managed to hit the top target 4 times scoring 80 points he was out Target champion. But as we say it's not the winning but the taking part that counts.
We finished the week wearing football shirts or our favourite team colours. It was a very colourful day!!
We are very please to announce that due to your generous support we raised in our class alone a whopping £114.75!!!
